Project Management and Consultancy

Helping you to deliver your education project "to specification, on budget and in time" is the goal of our project management and consultancy service.

What we can do:

Provide a project management service that works with you to deliver your project. We are flexible as to the amount and type of work we can offer. Our intervention may range from helping deliver a course for beneficiaries or delegates, right up to taking over, with you, the whole of the project management process.
